It’s fat on fat on fat, it’s delicious, It’s human, it’s fat joy, liberation, it’s nourishing, it’s history making. Fat Fables is a collection of poetry, monologue, rants, drag, and big fat love dreaming of a world where we exist beyond our size. We are finally going to be the people we always wanted to see on the stage to feel we are not alone.

We will be seen, heard and celebrated on our own terms.

Fat. Fierce. Soft.

The AMY Project has showcased work at SummerWorks since 2012. This will be the ninth year of partnering with SummerWorks to present an original show as part of the SummerWorks Performance Festival.

*The August 7th performance of Fat Fables will be followed by a brief post-show Q&A.
