GENERAL INFORMATION AND PURCHASE POLICY

ONLINE: You can pre-order SummerWorks merchandise online directly by [clicking this link/the order now button/whatever] or you can add merch items to your order when purchasing or redeeming tickets. 

Online orders placed before August 5 will be ready for pick-up at the East End Festival Box Office Hub beginning August 6 during regular operating hours. All orders placed during the Festival dates will be available for pick-up within 24 hours. You will need to present your order receipt, either on your device or printed out, to claim your order.

Note: we are not able to ship merchandise orders at this time.

IN-PERSON: You can purchase SummerWorks merchandise in person with cash or card at our East and West End Festival Box Office Hubs, during regular operating hours.
