Today, we were thrilled to launch this mini-doc, a year in the making! Check out this behind the scenes look at Future Perfect: New By-laws for Civic Spaces by Mia + Eric and Action Hero, filmed, directed, and edited by Andrew Williamson.

Working together to spotlight the possibilities of public space, we were thrilled to co-present this project in collaboration with our friends at The Bentway and The Theatre Centre as part of ArtworxTO: Toronto’s Year of Public Art 2021-2022.

Taking a look back at this process feels fitting as this time last year, the artists arrived in Toronto for their first site visits and meetings with collaborators and community consultants. Thank you to everyone who contributed to the many moving parts of this project!
