Performance Information

The house will generally be open ten (10) minutes prior to the scheduled performance/event time, unless otherwise specified. A Patron Services team member will ask you to line up in the lobby prior to entry. Seating is first-come, first-served. You must present your e-ticket on your electronic device or as a print-out to be scanned at the venue doors.

All shows start on time. Latecomers will not be guaranteed entry. Some performances and events may have a late call, at which time a Patron Services team member or a volunteer will bring you into the performance/event space. If you need to leave the space for any reason during the performance/event you may not be guaranteed re-entry.

Designated shows offering Relaxed Performances or Relaxed Environments allow for both latecomers and re-entry. For specific information on Relaxed Performances/Environments at SummerWorks, visit our Accessibility Page.

Content and Sensory Advisories

Sensory Advisories (ie. use of haze, strobe effects, loud or sudden sounds, etc.) will be listed on the individual web page for each performance/event, and in some cases posted onsite at the venue.

Content Advisories (ie. mature or disturbing subject matter, nudity, depictions of violence, etc.) can be accessed via a link on the individual web page for each performance/event, which you can choose to follow for more information if you wish. Some content warnings may also be posted onsite at the venue.

If you have further questions about content or sensory advisories, our Patron Services team member can provide more detailed information.
