Moving Publics – An In-Transit Conversation

Buy a SummerWorks Exchange Day Pass

Come on board our neighborhood bus for curated conversations on the performance and politics of mobility – everything from public transportation to protest in public spaces. Part public dialogue, part collectively created site-specific installation, this project will invite participants to reflect on questions of access, assembly, and public choreography as we travel together along Queen West. Participants are asked to review the articles included here in advance. Special thanks to Canadian Theatre Review for granting access to their articles.

Bus departs from The Theatre Centre at 3:00 PM.

ASL interpretation will be provided for this event.

Presented in partnership with York University
